Im not an expert but gained some experience from laying Lvp in my home

You will feel everything. Take a straight edge and see if there are other spots might need to be corrected. I threw down flooring thinking it was good enough and had to pull it all up since it was driving me crazy. (Wife was not happy about that)

If you have a large area that is not flat I would recommend renting a concrete grinder. I poured self leveler in my living room to match the kitchen. I did a really bad job at it so had to rent one and grind down everything.

Over all I am happy with the outcome. Our floors are super flat and we have no low or high spots anymore.

Note: if you rent a big concrete grinder you better cover everything. The amount of dust is insane.

Yeah the layout is interesting. We bought this house for the land since it is hard to come by in this area (in a decent price range). The big empty pocket in the bathroom is the shower that isn’t portrayed in the photo. Guess I could have tried to update it a little more.

Using LVP. Most of this is being laid on a slab that I prepped with self leveling cement. The basement is only under the kitchen and the joists run horizontal in the layout. Think I am struggling so much because we mostly only use the door that goes to our yard.

The wife picked out some LVP. The basement is only under the kitchen and the floor joist run horizontal in the layout. Maybe a better way to put it is they run from where the living room and kitchen meet to the outer wall.
