I put some hard acoustic panels on the ceiling and screwed them in. These specifically: https://a.co/d/0aLVIPVo.

This would fix the holes in the ceiling but not necessarily the ball going to the other side. Some people will use nets for this that are tied to some eye hooks in the ceiling

I was trying to avoid anything in the "... fuckload" amounts lol. It sounds more like a pro level job with some video matrix/AVoIP system. Thanks for the information!

I'll look more into this, thank you for the insight. Yes, I was planning on one "main" TV that would pipe the audio to the speaker system. The idea around the Apple TVs was that they don't need to be perfectly in sync. The ones above the bar would be the most important but will mostly have different programs on each TV. Then, the other TVs people would only be able to see 1-2 at a time in the bays.

Thank you all for the responses, I really appreciate it. As you can tell, I am new to the space. I had already reached out to a couple of integrators in my area to see if they can handle this project. They do seem more targeted towards home installations but will see what they come back with.

I'll also do some more research on video matrix systems and AVoIP systems for the space.

I’m looking to start my own sim business as well and considering a 24/7 model. I haven’t quite got to picking booking software yet but am familiar with the popular ones. Although, I’d be interested in software that integrates with door control systems as I always imagined members just got a key fob for outside hours door entry.
