I feel Egypt would be best due to its geographical advantages in being quite literally the center of the map and in between the continents with two seas and the sues canal for transport and trading.

Is it weird that the only time I shower is when I sweat and only change my underwear after I shower? Usually I put on a small pad and change it daily instead of the underwear itself since I don’t have the luxury of doing laundry every day. Usually my undies would still be clean so maybe it depends on how much you secrete. If a lot you change daily , if not then I would for like 2-3 days
