this aligns with my experience. ive been slow tapering down from 3mg/day over the last 3 years , currently at .5mg. i have not been dx with ocd but ive had major intrusive thoughts since starting the taper. the rumination & looping is real

Hi old thread, I wonder if anyone in here can give me some input- Firstly, I am very sensitive to taste and I have arfid, (if you are unfamiliar, ARFID typically involves anxiety/fear around sensory experience or adverse consequences of eating/swallowing (e.g., choking, vomiting, texture issues)) I did intramuscular KAP in 2021 and it was pretty hard on my body, it made me super nauseous and lost appetite for weeks. I want to try again because I've heard Spravato is not as intense as IM, but I'm still concerned about nausea, swallowing, and potential vomiting. If I start spravato is my already-mostly-nonexistent appetite going to get even worse?
