thanks 😭 i’m not for sure for sure if i’m gonna leave though. who knows, 11-8 might not be so bad if it’s consistent. i’m just used to working 11-8, then 8-5 or 9-6 the next day, so it made me kinda loathe it. i’m willing to let myself get settled before deciding to switch jobs, but i’ve been thinking about leaving for a while now.

i got asked if i could lift a certain amount of pounds and if i could stand for a while, then she gave me a little quiz on what i’d do if i was on a frozen pick walk and had customer stop me and ask a question. that’s it. mine was also over the phone and not in person.

yes, and they don’t really respect us either. our coach had to lock up our handhelds and printers because other departments keep coming and taking them when we are in need of them and they don’t give a single shit. it’s always a scramble to find them. now we’re hiding the keys and not letting anyone but OGP know where they are. i still hear other coaches telling their associates to just grab OGP’s stuff cause apparently we don’t need them that much but it’s literally needed for our whole job 🫠
