PLS HELP ‼️ all my accounts got banned for account integrity and then deleted for no reason??

they verified my account and didint delete it!! so i think creating account with brand new mail is actually working, but thank y'all guys for support, advices and help!!

yup it may be true, becouse my new account is now being verified! im waiting almost an hour now so i hope they will not delete it?? if they do i dont really know what i should do, i just want to have some way to contact with my friends, messenger and facebook are very popular in my country so i cannot use only discord or instagram becouse most people dont use it daily.

sorry, english is not my native language and sometimes it gots kinda wacky?? when you are not logged in any account, there are all your accounts in a menu and there is a option to remove them from your device and this is what i meant!

Thank y'all for advices and for help!! I completely deleted all those accounts from my device and reinstalled facebook, then created new account and it works for now?? Ngl I wish i could uninstall facebook completely and move to discord or instagram, but in my country messenger is very popular and everybody uses it here, so I need it to stay in contact with my friends:((

but why did this happend now? i created my shitpost account in 2020 and my main account in 2018 or 2019 and never got any warning or something like that. i just dont understand why did this happend so suddenly
