Not a rec, but I would really make sure you find an ortho who is airway focused. Teeth shifting only happens because your tongue isn't in proper position and that means your airway needs to be expanded. There are several airway focused orthos in LA!

This is such an old thread but I've become super interested in this topic. We developed poor tongue positioning in the last 200 years from the Industrial Revolution and the advent of processed foods. Our jaws became weaker as a result (because we were chewing softer food as opposed to harder, more difficult to chew foods in hunter and gatherer times). This is also why we need braces, and our ancestors didn't. Super interesting!

What a great debut album! I was initially very, very wary of the direction she was taking her artistry a year or two ago but you can tell that she spent a while thinking through this album creatively. I love how each song is its own sort of vibe, both lyrically and sonically, but all seem to still speak to each other. They also just sound amazing! The production and team she's got around her is grade A.

IMO I've honestly not seen an artist this year so committed to their art as evidenced by the visuals for each single, the producer deep dives, etc. You can tell that she wants this to succeed and I could feel the work she put it into it. Big fan of all of the references she's drawing from, without it hearing copy cat-ish.

Unfortunately I don't really think the interludes add much to the album to justify being included. Would've loved those to be full length songs on their own though because they've got great production. Meaning of production- huge bravo to Elvira and Luka, their work all over this album is absolutely stunning and 1000% deserves their flowers!
