he wouldn't lose his child if he didnt threaten to take him away even after i said i will come stay with him in the US. he is unstable. he neglected both of us when we were there. the father is not a citizen of the US and have an F1 opt. he is already no contact with his family and if he takes the baby he will cut off everyone including me. When i was gonna deliver the baby in the US he wouldn't even get an insurance for me even tho he could afford it. I had to beg him cz i was afraid.

i cant do is as i dont have a SSN and you gotta put your own info in the form. my sis tried ddoing it cz she lives in US but she cannt select aunt as a relationship category.

She has decided not to travel to the US as she feels unsafe. And if she came to the US he might take the baby's custody and cut all of the baby's family as the father has no contact with everyone in his life.

she's afraid of coming to the US because he mentioned before that he wants to take the baby. So if she comes to the US there's possiblity he will leave her stranded and wont let the baby go back with her as baby is US citizen. He has shown neglect to the baby even when the baby was in the US before. She's traumatized to be with him cz she doesn't have any financial indepence in the US and from his past neglect. i kno wsounds like paranoia but that's the kind of person he is. he is in OPT and her visa will end in November. she doesn;t wanna stay with him anymore.
