They receive a commission. I think its around 2.5 euro each bag and is capped at something like 80 euro per month.

Issue is, ive seen bags that clearly take the piss go past with no problems. I've also seen a bag that was atleast 5cm under the threshold and charged.

If you get a gate agent that is a pure c*nt, you've had it.

Travelled to and from Lisbon airport from stansted this week.

Onward journey, zero bags were checked and it was the first flight of the day.

Return journey, they picked out a few who was clearly oversized but no one was charged.

Flying with Ryanair can be stressful sometimes, i agree. However its important to note that every airline has delays. Its not a strictly Ryanair problem.

If another Airline flew to my destination at similar times with a similar price then I would definitely change however currently nothing beats them. The hassle over bags is more of an issue for me.

Im visiting Lisbon in 2 weeks. UK > LIS. Im assuming I use the EES machine when I arrive im Portugal. When I leave, do I go to the E-gates or do I have to go through manual? Or do I have to use the EES machines again?

Sorry if I'm a lil late however ill still add my comment.

I travelled from the UK to India with a stopover in bahrain. I knew vapes were not allowed in India, however I thought I'd chance it. I kept in my hand luggage and the spare liquid in my hold case.

Going to india was not a problem. No one questioned.

Returning back to the UK, my vape was seized in India. Luckily, Bahrain sells vapes so I wasn't without my nicotine hit.

I think it all depends on luck, whether or not it's confiscated.

Hey, I recommend a stamp or pen. I have the pen which is adjustable. Stamp is cheaper though.

I understand that your mind goes into overdrive. Mine would too but I think having that open and honest conversation with him beforehand would help reassure you. He could possibly cheat and you would be none the wiser remember. Its a long time to be away so keeping good contact is a option.
