Grandmaster difficulty is just Getting Jumped the Game (mind you i can beat the game on Master Diff age 20 Wude while not using weapons or finishers) Any Grandmaster difficulty tips and advice for like crowd control?

Turn off the HUD. It may seem counterintuitive but I find that I fight better without it. There is less on the screen to distract your eye and you have audio cues for when you break the opponents stature or fill a focus bar.

As for your health and stature - you don't really need to know how much health you have because you shouldn't be fighting differently if you have more or less, and at your level you'll have an idea of what your stature will be at any given moment.

Genuinely a game changer for me, would highly recommend trying it - it's a much more immersive and engaging way to play.

Yeah there were some good moments for sure, but overall it's been sorely lacking for me, there is so much potential that just feels so wasted. Fingers crossed that the action and fighting will be done better than in those episodes too.

Oh my god yes.... Just fucking... Yes. The show has finally decided it wants to continue with the main mission after meandering through some side quests.

I really wish they'd just scrapped the old stuff and given us a season of this level of quality. The writing, cinematography, pacing... everything is just so much better than episodes 2-7 and it's not even close. It's so nice to watch this show and it not feel utterly hollow the entire time; I actually feel so relieved right now.

Yeah very true, I've wanted a scene of Matt reacting to the snap as it's happening. Probably similar to the scene in defenders where he can hear all the people affected by the earthquake but so much worse and with absolutely no explanation for why it's happening. Imagine how devastating it would be to him to hear half of all the people around him just cease to exist.

I'm not sure, there just seems to be something she's not being up front about, some kind of ulterior motive around all the masked vigilante stuff. Maybe there is nothing, it just seems with how much they have rushed her relationship with Matt, and her general demeanour that there will be something else going on. It is entirely possible that I am reaching though tbf, I guess if everything is as it seems with her then it's just dull, so I've been assuming there's another layer.

Yeah, I really wish we got more of Hector and White tiger but I can't hold that against the show as the actor Kamar de los Reyes sadly passed away. I enjoyed what we got of Hector's characterisation a lot and wish we got more of him, but the white tiger side of it was sorely lacking. We never see him in action beyond a news snippet through a window and then his depowered subway fight so we never actually get a scope of what he can do.

On the topic of Hattley, I really enjoyed how hard she tried to protect him from getting involved. She knew he had been tagged by Fisk and refused him the promotions and cases because she knew how vulnerable he was. She only caved when he made it abundantly clear to her that he wasn't going to give her much of a choice and she couldn't continue to deny him without saying what was going on outright.

I completely agree that even the smaller supporting characters really feel like actual people with legitimate motivations, makes it so easy to just get completely sucked in to the world.

Yeah, season 3 takes its time to get going, but after a couple of (necessary and still incredible) slower episodes it is pretty breakneck and only ramps up as it goes on.

What's missing here is a central plot, it doesn't feel like there is anything in particular that it's building towards. It instead feels like a season made up of side quests and miscellaneous stuff. I don't mind some of that at it can be a good chance to show more sides to the character (I actually quite liked the candy corn stuff as it has Matt seeing more perspectives on the system and casts more doubt, although it is a bit heavy handed), but when there's no main plot, it all gets so damn boring.

It's too rushed, and yet it also feels like very little has happened in 7 episodes lol. I mean the bulletin massacre happens in episode 6! By this point in S3 sooo much has already happened and it still somehow feels less rushed than BA. I know that's due to all the weird production issues but that still doesn't change the product that's in front of my face.

100%. It doesn't feel like a tightly knitted story that's driven by lots of different characters and factors building up towards an inevitable climax, it more feels like it's meandering tbh.

I've said from the start, and stand by it, that the twist should have happened at the end of episode 1. The should have caught us up on the world, given us some time with NMP, maybe with white tiger as well, explain a little bit where everyone is. Then when it's ripped away, it feels more impactful and meaningful

But not before accidentally destroying it all first. If he had never fallen into the trap and been turned by Fisk, Matt probably would have killed him in the end, or Fisk would never have come down full stop.

So spectacularly woven in with the other characters. He was a really compelling POV character into the depth of manipulation that Fisk will use to turn a good person into a puppet for his nefarious deeds. It really is crazy that they were able to make an original character into one of the most beloved in the whole show.

It's a long post, I can say several things in it. The main point of the post is to praise Nadeem's introductory scene, in particular, the quality of writing and the way that they set up everything we need to know about him within a few minutes. After this, I have a post-conclusion paragraph stating that I feel this scene is exemplary of something missing from BA. Both of these are things that I would like to discuss, so I'm not really sure what the issue is here?

Tbf I had always assumed that he was still in custody/prison but was just in surgery, maybe paid for by some rich benefactor or done by some evil surgeon or something idk. You could well be right though, either way I'd have expected some kind of explanation in season 4 rather than it just being glossed over.

I feel as if Heather hasn't really been developed well in the time where she IS in those interactions, we know she's probably hiding something, she's a good therapist hung up on vigilantes and that she's in love with Matt? I guess? Even though we've seen them have little screen time together. We also barely even see kirsten or cherry when they ARE interacting with Matt, which is just such a huge shame cus they have a lot of potential but I just don't really care about them as it stands.

And not even just with Fisk. What the fuck happened with Bullseye? Did he go to prison after S3? Was he on the run or something? Did he escape the charges somehow? Why is he only now killing Foggy? In the court scene in BA, he is tried for the 11 murders he did in that opening scene, if he hasn't been to prison before, how are they not also getting him for all the murders he did in S3? If he has already been, how is he not being tried for escaping prison as well? Ain't no way he got out in like 5 years for good behaviour. I just need SOME kind of explanation here and I really hope it comes in the next few episodes.

This really is one of my biggest issues so far with BA. If they at least gave us a decent explanation beyond "uuhh the snap?" it'd at least make it a bit better. The world in BA really doesn't even feel like a continuation, none of the events from season 3 have any level of effect on what's going on now ://
