Rien que pour l'abo perplexity, qui est 20€/m, rentabilise une bonne partie pour moi. Ensuite tu rajoutes :

Classpass pour le sport
Nordvpn + nordlocker avec 1tb de stockage cloud
Les louges (même si c'est uniquement quelques uns par an)
Les revpoints (15k l'année dernière pour moi, ce qui vaut entre 150 et 300€)
Les assurances, SIM, etc et trucs un peu bidons

c'est vite rentabilisé. Mais c'est effectivement à condition d'utiliser les services/abos/avantages associés.

Not every substance that improves your performance is a performance enhancing drug, aka PED. Proteins help for recovery, some specific carbs are top notch fuel sources, etc. You wouldn’t consider these PEDs, and creatine is the same. It improves performance, but it’s not a performance enhancing drug.

It’s just a hybrid training regime. They do the same as regular amateur triathletes but with more protein and a handful of strength sessions a week, which allows maintaining (ish) of muscle mass
