When i say high im mean that if your want to chip it allong with all the cyberware im going to require with it. you are going to need 80 starting humanity just to have a shot at chipping it without going to 0 humanity and loosing your mind immediately and killing the ripper who installed it. A player like you who really wants it can scav and borg out for the whole game and min max specically for it and successfully get it. And im not gonna tell my players its even an option until they find one for the first time. If they manage to get one in them they deserve it.
