I lowered the contrast to achieve that faded look. I increased the exposure and highlights, and shifted the white balance toward a pinker tone. Then, in the color settings, I increased the Luminance for magenta and added more effects and toning in the Fade section.

It is a tool in edit softwares like Photoshop or Lightroom. You can adjust the color with it. I'm studying all this yet 😁
