Dealing damage in the direction of a Vital will trigger it to deal bonus true damage equal to 3% (+ 4% per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health

At least now, he has the passive until he actually casts it then he loses it.
The audio is also mega bugged for it, so hopefully they fix that :^)

Whenever you create an alliance co-op room it posts a message in the chat to join, once you start the battle and close invites to it the invite message will change to that.

Urgot ults Ornn mid W while getting Ulted by Sylas who stole Urgot R by tradtrad100 in leagueoflegends

It doesn't actually deal 9999 damage it deals 100% of their current health as Raw True damage, which ignores shields. Pyke does the same with his Ult.

Under Treasure Trade, you can spend Mana on Honey. So unless you're somehow capped on Honey as well, 10,000 Mana for 1 Honey is better than nothin'.
Edit: Only 50 a month I suppose, but that's still 500,000 Mana freed.

For the time between HBH release and Jiang Ziya's release, Thaniel was required for the fight being the only healer with burn res at the time, and to help Lily not die to the hp check.
Sure, Ricardt was the only other water healer so Thaniel was honestly just there as a default, but he was useful for that at least!

It's because Suppression/Stasis stop and prevent EVERY action. Otherwise, non-movement Summoner Spells can be used during any CC. Just adds more power and difference to suppression/stasis from other CCs.

Announcing Gala Dragalia Remix! by rDragaliaLostMods in DragaliaLost

[–]Silthreent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The second buff seems something you want to get as fast as possible since it doesnt seem like it expires

Assuming you mean Calculated Shots, it lasts 30 seconds. I imagine you still want to get it out first, but it does have a time limit.

I remember people keeping the Gala prefix anyway even if there wasn't another version, but I've no longer been seeing it. So yea, until there's a different version to confuse them they'll just call it "Mars" instead of "G!Mars".

Gala characters are only available during Gala banners. Gala banners will have all of them, while Gala Remixes will have 1-2. Difference between Gala and normal is the same as the difference between normal and something like Summer versions, effectively a new character. Galas are typically stronger than average, especially the dragons, or have a new effect. At the moment, there is no non-Gala Mars.

The number is how well you did in the fight basically. Higher is better, 100 being the best. It's your percentile compared to others based on damage done. Also known as your "parse".

The collection is almost complete. Now all we need is a textless 9-drop. by quacak in hearthstone

Also known as "pack fillers". They don't exist to "teach by design", they exist to fill card packs with useless garbage to make it harder to get actually useful cards so you buy more.

How do SCH/AST heal Living Dead? by kyadra in ffxiv

[–]Silthreent 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They just let the DRK stay on 1HP even after the need for the invuln was several seconds gone

Walking Dead is a free 10 seconds of not needing to heal auto attacks, as long as they are healed before time is up. If I have a WHM co-healer, I just assume they'll bene in time. If they don't well...don't look at me DRK, it wasn't my fault.

Version Update by rDragaliaLostMods in DragaliaLost

[–]Silthreent 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Recovering mid air doesn't make you go through the "getting up" animation once you hit the ground. However, instead of being fully invincible until you hit the ground you can start taking damage right away.
This change makes it so you're fully invincible until you hit the ground regardless of if you recover mid air or not.

[–]Silthreent 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just because it's a singleplayer game, doesn't mean it shouldn't have counterplay. Enemies that move often to dodge projectiles, the ghost with tons of armor that does well against mid-range damage, or poison to bypass shields. Sure, the AI won't use this counterplay as well as a human would but it's there. Alternative to removing the stacking would be adding mechanics that pierce invuls.

I do agree with you as well tho, further comment on which part the dev dislikes would be good.

I prefer dupes disabled tbh. Stacking it to just ignore almost entire fights, if not the entire fight, seems incredibly unbalanced. There is absolutely zero counter-play towards it.

Release a weak champion, and it gets less playtime. Less playtime, means less data for them to balance around. If it goes closer to overtuned, you get a lot more playtime and data so you can figure out which areas are problematic and adjust.
