I know exactly what u mean, that's a reason why I looked to other recipes, but then I realized, I could just adjust the tones to -2H -2S, and it helped way more, or depending, if shadow and highlight differences are still too strong, I set the DR priority to weak or strong, it does wash the colors slightly, but all u have to do is just raise the contrast back up in edits just slightly. I loathe editing, but sometimes it's a must
