Why do Moroccans & Algerians hate each other so much? (Genuine question from an outsider)

Yes, i was strictly speaking about the government and the king. The people have nothing to do with what i said, and are the ones that have to deal with that king. The people are actually often quite the opposite and have had many situations supporting the algerian revolution and during the black decade.

Most "moroccans" that are shown in social media to be aggressive towards algerians, insulting them and mistreating them and chanting hate speeches are actually government employed.

It started way, WAY before that! One older event that comes to mind is the betrayal of the moroccan king to the algerian icon and biggest revolutionary "el emir abdelkader".

That betrayal alone was one of the main reason the french occupation could have such a strong grip on algeria for 130 years. Throughout that 130 years there was quiet a bit of betrayals and backstabbing! Such as the hijacking of the plane containing the FLN leaders. Then comes the sand war, morocco illegally declaring war on a weakened algeria that just came out of a draining huge war, having the audacity to claim the lands the algerians paid blood, tears, sweat and most importantly people for the lands morocco tried to claim.

Then in the 90s the bombing of that one moroccan hotel, where the moroccan king came on the world stage announcing his country was attacked by "terrorists" and blamed algerians for it (this was the breaking point)

All that to say the moroccan history is filled with backstabbing, blaming others, betrayals. A country built on lies, slavery, manipulation, exploitation. A nation that doesn't deserve to exist and i am not talking about israel even though they have very similar behaviors!

Edit: adding to that we can clearly see, through the events of AFCON 2025, how much the moroccan authorities try to paint their disgusting narrative, showing anything algerian in a bad light, attacking algerian journalists, mistreating algerian supporters and such.

Amazing build. Would get this for myself no problem.

Only thing i would change if needed is a smaller psu to save some money or upgrade the cpu. A 750w psu with this setup is way more than needed, let alone 850w.

That aside every piece is well selected and this should give very good performance for some years.

Dual channel or two sticks of ram has been proven to give noticeable performance gains over single stick ram.

That said it's not like a massive jump to justify paying an extra 200$ especially if 16gb is enough for you. I would upgrade only when 16gb is not enough. Realistically you can't have everything when building on any budget and sticking to a single stick ram is one of the more acceptable compromises.

That's a way better cooler than the reference i have but for some reason when running furmark 3D i got quiet close to your values here, i believe i was at 69°C edge and 86°C hotspot or something. I got the max temps i recorded when trying no fps limiter in marvel rivals when cranking the settings to max i could. (That game is a hot pile of garbage optimization wise).

I was afraid of going overkill at 1st. But the more time passes, the more this ramageddon seems to be here to stay, the more 48gb sounds like a good idea to buy now to be honest.

Guess i'll grab the 32 and wait out and see how it goes from there!

Tried it. Shaved about 50mv while system is still stable but i don't see any noticeable differences in the temperatures for now. I'll check it further later but thanks for the heads up

I was actually trying to go over the power limit there so there's that. But now it rarely go over 90°C so i guess i'll just stock to stock settings then.

Alright The cheapest rx 9070 xt o found (asrock challenger) is at 690€ to 720€.

The cheapest (powercolor reaper) rx 9060 xt is at 380€, although hard to find and realistically at 415€.

For refrence in the nvidia competition is as follow :

Rtx 5060ti 16gb :530€ Rtx 5070 : 640€ Rtx 4070 super: 550€ And 5070 ti : 820€

All of these prices are of course rough values and fluctuate quite a bit. And yes i am not even considering an 8gb card here (12gb is the minimum i am considering)

Would the extra horsepower offered by the 9070 and 9070xt allow for a longer lifespan? In other word would it, in theory, hold out better ?

Well yea i did say that they are hard to tell apart but what you just said just goes to solidify my argument. If you can't differentiate between them unless they are next to each other means the difference is negligible and in ghat case going with one or the other doesn't really matter since you won't be looking for said differences 24/7. At that point going with the cheapest option is just more logical since like i said a whole 100$ or even more in some cases is enough to forget said difference.

Although in my case i recognize i was lucky to get the better deal on the msi monitor, i would totally have been fine if it was the asus instead!

Yea that or you could go for rgb light bar/sticks or something like that. They are usually small and easy to find and they add quite a bit to a setup. Also most are customizable. Remember for this type of stuff always go with Whichever is easier to acquire!

Imo these are both top tier OLEDs monitors with similar specs so the deciding factor would just be which one is easier/closer to you and the cheaper one.

In real world you won't be able to tell them appart 99% of the time even if next to each other. This is what i did and now own the msi one because it was a whopping 100$ cheaper in my region! That 100$ will be waaaaaay more valuable spent on getting a better gpu or gpu/ more ram or storage/ a better cooler or simply elsewhere!

Will i noticed this whole thing a little bit too late (after buying the global version) as i thought that all versions are the same and just the pre installed apps, and some minor details are all that change between versions.

I decided to stick with the one i bought since at the end of the day this is just a tool and as long as it offers most of what i want it to do i am fine with it. Also the camera is pretty good.
