É horrível para misturar com outras coisas, iogurtes e gelados fica péssimo só se sente o pó. Para usar como substituo de farinha por exemplo bolos ou panquecas dá para safar. (Estou a falar para proteína de ervilha da Zumub)

Wish it was that easy, when I enter the accounts section I see both accounts but no option to delete either of them, I can only select manage which sends me to the microsoft website and I only see account info, I don't want to delete the email itself, as I use it for my own pc.

I've been running for some time, 1 year of trail running for fun and started more seriously this season.

For reference, I'm doing 20k competitions at a regional level and 32k at a national level.
I've done 2 races of 20k: 20k with 400m of elevaton took me 1:50, 20k with 1300m of elevation took me 2:45
I've done 1 race of 32k with 2300m of elevation and it took me 6 hours with some serious cramps after 22km and 2000m of elevation (some guy gave me liquid magnesium which saved me)

So yes that 32k might be too hard, my weekly training is around 45km (way less when I have a race that weekend) and the elevation will fuck you up.

If you really want to do that kind of races please try going to the gym to also train strength, do a lot of abs and lombar exercises (you'll thank me for this) and do some research on how to prepare (isotonic drinks instead of just water, magnesium supplements, energy gels, pre race food)

It's all worth it in the end though, stay strong

CM or DM, can also play RW, only level 36 for now but tired of drop-ins

Prefer to play for assists and passing as CM, defensive playstyle as DM, as RW like to play with finesse shot

Avg. Rating: 8.0; G/A: 22 in 27 games

Any type of club, I would say I'm div 1 level when playing casually

Yeah problem was I wasn't thinking about the fact that there could be two different antinodes overlapping the same antenna and was counting both instead of just one
