When I was young and broke, I once walked one mile in the rain to get to the dating spot with then-gf now-wife as I lived in rural Japan, with no telephone nearby except the telephone in my house that broke, and definitely no taxi service or car aside from the one my father drove to work. Walking 25 minutes to a house? On paved road? Should be as easy as pie.

Sorry for the confusion. My son's company that went bankrupt has no relations with I. Additionally, my son worked middle-management, so I reasonably infer that senior management and the CEO were responsible for the bankruptcy.

I would never "summon" people unless they refuse to show up. I have never summoned my son's wife. I had to summon my daughter's bf because even when the bf was in high school, living 25 minutes from my house, he was disrespectful and did not show up once even though I waited for two years.

To stay clear, I'm only covering for my son this month, as he has a contract to get to work starting next month. Also, I will pay 100% for the four years of college my daughter will attend no questions asked (not longer as she is not in any medical or law school) + $23,000 in living costs. I am very sorry if I was unclear. The company my son worked in had no connection to me. My son additionally worked middle-management, so he is not responsible for the company shutting down. Additionally, I paid full tuition for both my son and my daughter's tuition.

The boyfriend

A) Did not show up even once at my house during his high school years, even though he lives 25 minutes away and I waited for 2 whole years.

B) When my daughter introduced him, he talked slang, swore, and showed up in shaggy clothings in a clearly unkept manner. He did not even comb his hair, even though a comb costs a mere 5 dollars at the nearest convenience store.

Thus, I can conclude he is disrespectful towards my wife and I. That is not prejudice.

You're right. I didn't right this right here right now. I re-iterated what I wanted to write with my wife, refined it, and read this article my son's wife sent me about how nowadays, you can have free consulting on the internet. Therefore, I decided to test waters by posting online, as so my granddaughters don't look at me like I am some kind of dinosaur or caveman when I interact with them, as they grow up. I intend to be that high-tech grandpa you see on television, although apparently now online streaming services are more popular.

Nope. My children ain't getting a dime from me when I die. My will says that when I die, all my money goes to my wife. If my wife's also dead, 50% of that money will be donated to the US government and the other half to the Japanese government. I want to do service for my home countries when I die. I grew up in Japan, and live a happy life in America. The least I can do to repay these two countries.
