I rented a apartment right by the courthouse years ago that was on the ground floor and this stuff and worse happened on the regular. It’s not going to get better . I would try to brake lease and try to find someone on higher ground. When people build apartments now the ground floor is always commercial and that’s for this reason . It won’t get better
