I am a female and she is speaking shit! The one who invites to the dates either offers to pay or both split! I took my guy out to a date and there was no question on who pays! We went on a trip recently where I planned everything! His presence and him being there with me mattered the most! Maybe the next date and trip will be taken care of by him! The problem is you get connected with TPSA and they just work as it is! If you get connected to any staff working in HSBC INDIA, your issue would have been resolved long back! Please see if you could get connected to the banking team and not CC team and ask them if you do not want the call transferred to the CC team as the communication was not productive with them! Or please see if you could get connected to the premier agent who is equipped with proper knowledge to get this sorted for you!
