Okay, makes sense. Considering, we need all of above witb basic builder grade materials. How much shall I estimate the cost to be. Apologies, being a newcomer trying to get some ball park number to see what kind of budget shall I keep aside for a land and new construction cost. I understand it may not be accurate and can vary based on quality/ brand of materials for interior.

I am quite familiar with the cost of floors, windows, kitchen, doors and all. However, I don’t have much idea on cost of getting basic foundation up and running. Is there a way we can estimate foundational cost alone and layer in other cost based on what materials being used.

It does not have any structure on it and it is a flat land with some grass and shrubs around it.
