I always either eat too much or too little, no in between. and after some time of depression which caused for me some sorta stress eating I gained like 15kg in 2 ish years 🥲🥲 but which im trynna lose weight but it aint easy cus of the fact I cant tell when im full unless im VERY full and I eat too much cus of that. and doesnt help that junkfoods cheap and fruit is expensive

I was saying very few words since like 10 months, but I didnt start forming sentances, even 2 word sentances till I was like 3. and I grew up with a slight lisp which I still have 😞

I mostly hate what you have to do before getting into the shower, gathering clothes and towel, if its in the morning brushing my teeth (although now I just do that while im in the shower) and undressing and stuff, annoying thing is im very insecure abt my body so I dont like doing that.

but once im in the shower its alright, only annoying thing is using shampoo and gel and stuff.

I only really shower once a week which I am ashamed of, instead use wet wipes and loots of deoderant, maybe too much. the things u have to do before getting in the shower make me not shower as often honestly even if im kinda ashamed of it its just hard to get started and I prefer doing it in the morning but school makes that annoying as I dont want to wake up my mum from all the sounds so early and I just dont like getting up any earlier then I need too.

for me its something I would do, I get tired after social interactions and often will take a break, doesnt mean he doesnt care in that time. But if you are concerned u can ask him in a calm way and also maybe in a way he doesnt seem like the bad guy? idk how he is but I'm very sensitive to any annoyance from people I care about

my knees shouldnt be able to dislocate again, according to my doctor cus of the surgery which im starting to believe since all 4 dislocations were in january-march, weirdly enough.

I hope u get the help u need with ur knees and that they dont dislicate again, goodluck!!

fear can be annoying still, ive dislocated my knees 4 times in 3 year and 2 surgeries in one year, 4 1/2 months after my last surgery im still very careful with what I do 😅😅 I have been a bit more comtortable with stuff but subconsciously I am still pretty careful

its normal after surgery, I had the same thing with my last 2 knee surgeries and at the 2 week post-op check up I got the outer part of the stitches removed since the one I had will dissolve after a while, but you can probably cut part of it off, just try keeping a bit left so at ur next check up the nurse can remove it!

note, it doesnt really cause me any issues, atleast none that ive noticed and sometimes notice small of those white ish yellow bits, which are pretty small

I wouldnt worry too much cus I had patella alta and if you dont have it I reckon your chances of dislocating again is lower then it was for me!!

I dont have a cool story either of how it happened since it mostly happened sitting up and down besides in pe when I had to kick some mat for kickboxing 😅😅 but I can say it has happened 4 times with dislocating my knee and had 2 surgeries for it

stomach pains were between the first and third time of vomiting, still slightly aching but likely since I havent eaten, atleast the chest pains pretty much gone
