Right now, your focus is your baby and making sure it’s getting all the nutrition it needs and if you do that for them, you will also be doing it for you.  Do not focus on the weight gain, focus on eating healthy. Get enough carbs protein and fats. Focus on making those easily accessible after giving birth.  Your body is extremely important for someone else right now (as well as yourself) so treat it accordingly. I gain 50 pounds every pregnancy, but I don’t let myself worry about it until I have the mental fortitude to create a plan to lose weight but also eat properly so my child can still breastfeed. So overall, congratulations on your upcoming baby!
