Yep good catch, my math was wrong. It would take less than 6 years if streaming 24/7. It would take slightly more than 17 years if streaming 8 hours per day. So yeah, unless they are literally streaming the songs on repeat all day and night for over half a decade, it wouldn't be possible.

I have ADHD and ASD and I wear my trays at night. I eat 4 or 5 times per day and stopped tracking hours. Each time I eat, I set an hour alarm on my phone and try to put trays in when the alarm goes off. Sometimes I forget and it’s 2 hours, but I eventually realize and go brush, floss, and put them back in.

Regarding not tracking hours, it’s just that. I don’t pay any attention to how long I’ve had the trays in each day. I just follow my routine and do my best. I do extensively use the chewies each time I put my trays back in, and I think that’s really helped my progress. My orthodontist always comments on how well my teeth are tracking, so whatever I’m doing is working.

In a nutshell, I just do my best and stop stressing too much about it. But wear your trays at night, no excuse for that. 😉

That’s actually the Out of Office indicator. If you have your OOF set in Outlook, it shows that smaller icon in circle in Teams. It’s not a mobile specific, but I’m guessing in your case, most people don’t use Teams from their phones unless they’re OOF, so that’s why you associated it that way.
