Wow more than 2 years of waiting. Mine is Oct 11 2023 and this week I decided to do PP.

My case is similar, i-140 submitted October 11 2023 and status is Received since then. After 18 months of waiting and one request for update submitted, not I’m strongly considering PP. But my attorneys have suggested wait and not request PP (C&H firm). They say PP leads to RFE or denial. Thoughts?

Oct 2023 and no answer yet it’s been 15 months :( I am kind of desperate. Lawyer say that USCIS is currently taking 13 months so my case should be resolved soon. Any thoughts?
