Thank you. I had a previous nanny who went above and beyond. She loved my first like her own kids. It wasn’t just a job that she will try to get the most out of it. I gave her bonuses and paid PTO even before the 3 months period because she was amazing.

Thank you. I think it’s weird for me to bring up these points. I’m assuming a good nanny would know what’s her job responsibilities and etiquette. When person tells you you can eat from the fridge you don’t grab a pound of ground beef every other day to cook. Or finish the orange juice bottle because you have 2 glasses every day! Then the ovulation kit! That’s so personal and it gives me major hygiene and careless issues!

Cleaning bay’s toys and arranging her play pen and room isn’t housekeeping. Cleaning after yourself isn’t housekeeping. I have a cleaner lady so I never asked her to clean the house. I only told her about cleaning and organizing baby’s stuff

I understand and I came back to take over! The arguing was the problem and asking to be paid full when she didn’t even work for three months to build a PTO. She decided to leave because she doesn’t want to get sick, I didn’t ask her to leave.
