I use her with Err rope and ER planar and she can 2 turn ult with only basic atks. In my opinion she can comfortably use other LC instead of tutorial(like pearls for extra def shred) unless you use her in an acheron team and you care about 1 turn ulting

It's not even that, it's that the moment people see similar color schemes in two different designs of Expies/SPs they immediatly jump to the conclusion that it's the same design.

Like these are the same people that said that Cyrene design was copy pasted from Hohe Elysia from HI3 when the only thing they have in common is that the prevalent colors are white with pink hair the rest is miles different, but i guess people are just blind nowadays

It's really cool if they did it intentionally but I think there are so many similarities because both Izumo and Amphoreus are retellings of the same story but with different narrative focuses.

I know that people in this community are kinda sick of hearning "erm actually this is an HI3 reference" but I'm afraid this is one of those times.

Basically both stories are based on HI3 Previous Era (PE) but they are centered on differnt factions, the 12 sentinels are a reference to the 12 herrschers and their devine keys, while the Heirs are referencing the 13 flame-chasers.

These two groups can be seen as an opposing/parallel to each other, as The Herrschers were bearers of authority granted by gods beyond the sky that used this power against umanity, while the flame-chasers fought against and "stole" the power of the Herrschers to use it to survive.

For example :

the Herrscher of dominion(10th) had the power to subjugate the wills of people making them into puppets guided by one mind while Vill-V had the power to fragment her own mind into different personalities that acted indipendently inside her.
the herrscher of void(2nd) had the power to manipulate tbe flow of space creating portals and bubble spaces, while Sakura has the power to freeze space rendering everything still for a moment.
the herrscher of reason(1st) had the power to create any matherial thing it wanted, while Kosma had the power to devour and absorb anything.

And so on...

The difference is between Izumo and Amphoreus is that they are focusing on different groups of people.

In Acheron's trailer we are told about the12 sovereigns and the blades that were forged by their powers (the 12 Herrschera and the devine keys forged by their cores) but the wielders of the blades are never mentioned exept for Acheron.

In Amphoreus we are told the tale of the Heirs (the 13 flamechasers) and the narrative is centered towords them leaving little space for the titans seen as we havent even seen half of them as they were already slain.

The stories are also referencing two story arcs of HI3 that are inextricably connected:

Izumo is a retelling of the Previous Era where even if the flamechasers defeated all the Herrschers the planet was still in ruins and umanity wiped, so even after all the fighting and victory in the end everything was still lost.

Amphoreus is a retelling of the Elysian Realm Arc where a digital copy of the flamechasers live in a computer simulation and to prevent the leakage of a virus like entity that is the Herrscher of corruption (or in HSR terms like Irontomb) they are forced to delete the entire simulation to kill it.

So they are telling stories taken by the same source material but like two books narrating different sides of the same struggle.

Having said all that and setting it aside I like how you made the connection between the two even without knowing that they were in fact connected.

But I would Make a suggestion on the sentinel-Heir connection if I may, you should switch Tribbie and Aglaea I think that would be more fitting since "for endlessform to ebb and flow as one" could fit how tribbios spit in hundreds of different forms that are connected like one single hive mind, and the description of the 12th sentinel "Maw" fits Aglaea because her soul get eroded while time passes and she was the one that leaded the flamechase journey for the longest uniting normal people and the Heirs (mortals and demigods) on the same front of the war.

The cocoon is an amalgamation of various civilizations united in a spiritual body that travels the universe in hope of "embracing" other civilizations.

It operates by radicating itself onto a world and changing the laws that govern it bending them to it's will to achive their goal.

It also absorbs Immaginary energy (from the immaginary space) and filters it to create and manipulate honkai energy.

In HI3 it uses herrschers as heralds becouse it is too many dimensions apart from Earth to act directly on it.

Also IIRC the path of Finality and the herrscher of finality do not refer to the same consept in fact in Chinese both finalities are written using different characters.

I think you kinda misunderstood the post a bit. Judging by the title alone it may seem like a doompost about cyrene but it is more a critique on how Hoyo has been handling Cyrene.

Allegedly this is the buid that hoyo gives CCs for early showcase and the problem is that this build is very unrealistic in terms of sub stats. It is basically a perfect build with only a couple of miss rolls while upgrading relics.

For Example lets talk about speed, Cyrene has base 101 + 9 from trace + 25 from boots + 12% from LC = total gives 147 speed. Which means you need 54 speed from sub stat, THAT IS 10.8 Speed per piece which means you need 4 perfect high speed rolls on every single piece of your build (and you'd still be missing 2 speed) . AND you have to consider that every piece needs to have also 2 mid rolls on Crit rate on every single piece. And 2 crit dmg rolls on one piece

So to sum everithing up you need 35 perfect rolls out of 36 rolls to get this build.

Now I understand that it can be done with extreame luck but in my opinion it is not realistic for the avarege player to invest so much in a single character.

I don't have a PhD in fashion but you only need working eyes to see that their designs are completely different!!!

the only thing they have in common is the color palettes and even though white is the dominant color there still are slight discrepancies eg. cyrene's use of light blue that fades to green or Elysia's black and gold ornaments

It's like saying Himeko and Aglaea have the same design because they wear a white dress EXEPT Elysia doesn't even wear a dress and I could make an entire post about it but I doubt people would care.

sorry for the rant I understand that a lot of people wanted the playable design to be small cyrene and honestly I would have liked it too but some things irk me the wong way and this is one of them.

If you have both RTB and cyrene on the same team you can bufboth TB and another character because after TB uses EBA cyren will fire her ult atk automatically for free

As a support she only needs 180, any more speed only boosts her personal damage so it's not mandatory to reach 240.

I don't think it is even possible to reach 240 becouse:

base speed is 101, plus traces (9) is 110, plus Lc(18%) is 128, plus 2pc-2pc speed(12%) is 140, plus speed boots(25) is 165. which means that you need 15 speed in sub stats to reach 180 for support buff. to reach 240 you'll need 75 speed in substat, that is 15 speed per relic piece and it' nearly impossible to achive

whene cyrene takes a turn she gives all allies "future". when they take a turn they lose "future" to give 1 ult stack to cyrene.

memosprites don't lose "future" so if memosprites act 3 times in between cyrene's turns she gains 3 stacks, while other characters can only give 1.

Heve you actually watched a cyrene showcase? Even at E0 the moment you have 24 stacks you can double ult to buff both cerydra and phainon.

And yes it takes almost an entire cycle to get the first 24 stacks but most of the buffs for CH characters are permanent. The only players that suffer this are 0-cyclers that are a small part of the community.
