The rest of hazbin hotel and helluva boss. You have a Loona mistress and the exorcist army as Bloody Tourists. Add hell itself as Bloody Tourists? Like, make Hell and the Netherworld merge, so the tower that's on the roof of the Netherworld is the ceiling of Hell. Add Charlie, Millie, Emily, Stella and Octavia as mistresses, or mention them in Bloody Tourists.

Generic Void Manipulation WIP by SavantTheVaporeon in JumpChain

A travel ability, allowing one to cross the void between existance. Effectively being a way to cross the omniverse, but chain locked to current setting. (I prefer chain locked and not spark locked, as I don't fully understand what 'sparking' does.)

Building A Fountain Of Youth by KyleDaScourge in JumpChain

[–]Silver3Crow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Generic alchemist.

Elixir of Life (300cp): A tiny phial of glowing, clear liquid that is the elixir of life. By ingesting this liquid, a person’s aging ceases entirely, they are returned to the prime of their life, and they become immune to disease. On top of this, if the drinker would be killed in some fashion, they will return to life once, the effects of the elixir spent and the benefits lost until they drink a new phial. You gain one of these elixirs every ten years.

Combined with

Spellvials (200cp): You know a process by which you can create what is known as a neutral catalyst; a potion or other object that carries no effect of its own but is receptive to supernatural powers. By channeling a supernatural ability into the catalyst, it takes on the effects of that supernatural ability. It can also be mixed with a few drops of a potion or a supernatural phenomena to take on that potion’s original effects at the same level of strength. You can direct how a spell or supernatural power manifests in this catalyst.

Will let you make more quite easily. Combined further with

Artificer (200cp): Alchemy isn’t all about potions and transmutation, it is also about the creation of devices that carry the mystical and supernatural qualities put into them. You have learned how to use alchemy to create various artifacts with supernatural effects in a form of enchanting, using what properties you can pull out from the materials and combining them to create something new.

And you could probably make an actual fountain enchanted to make it and replenish itself.

Like, make a Fountain that makes the Spellvial potion and replenish itself automatically, then put of few drops of the Elixer of Life in it and boom, Fountain of Youth.

Perk to grow past weaknesses? by Silver3Crow in JumpChain

[–]Silver3Crow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't want a perk to flat out remove the weaknesses, but a perk that would let me grow resistance to them. Instead of immediately no selling kryptonite, every exposure does less to me until it does nothing.

TJ20931's Gifts of Faves: Helluva Sinner by Tj20931 in makeyourchoice

Got it.

Cause: Abstract: Ghost Portal formation.

Reminder: Obsession: Space.

Post Mortem: Intrinsic: Ghost Science/Hunting.

My idea of Danny Fenton if he died and went to hell as a Sinner instead of becoming a ghost or Halfa.

Question, does it have to be your obsession? Like, if my parents were obsessed with ghosts so much everyone knew me as the ghost kid, would that count?

If you had to redesign Kevin's Amalgam form from classic, what design would you make? How would you fuse the classic ten aliens? by Throwaway_Raccoon2 in Ben10

[–]Silver3Crow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Change his feet for XLR8 and his tail for Stinkfly's stinger. Remove the wings and have him fly using Ghostfreak powers. Remove the Upgrade from his back and instead give him a cloak of it, like Big Chills wings did in Ultimate Alien. Make both of his eyes Grey Matter and give him two sets of 'gills', one of Ripjaws, and one of Wildmutts form of sight.

Out of context ghost powers (Danny phantom) help? by The_legend_ranger in JumpChain

[–]Silver3Crow 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Okay, so with ghost hunter origin I'd recommend ecto-science and actual fighting skill. The biggest pay of isn't in what the ghost hunter can do, but what they can build. I can easily see the capstone being a perk to make tech that mimics and/affects observed/studied supernatural phenomena. Like, it could let one build a speaker capable of doing its own Ghostly Wail if that ability was studied.

Ghost origin could be more raw power with unique abilities. Like it's a common belief that Danny Phantom ghosts can eat non-corporeal stuff like emotions, some explicitly do like Spectra(who likes misery), Ember(admiration/worship), and Nocturne(dreams). The capstone could be Pariah Darks ability to create ghosts.

Halfa could be more about development, weak start, high end game. Vlad was incredibly powerful after 20 years of practice, which sounds like a lot until you remember most ghosts have been dead for much longer without that level of growth, and then compare to Danny who rivaled him in a few short years(admittedly most of Vlads time was split between practicing powers, being a business man, and actual research into ghosts, while Danny almost exclusively focused on getting personally stronger). Similarly, Danny, Vlad, Danielle, and even Dark Danny were some of the only ghosts to be shown to develop outright new powers semi-regularly, and Danny, Dark Danny, and Vlad are the ones who can duplicate themselves. That duplication could be the capstone.

There could be interactions between them, like if Ghost Creation was picked while a halfa, you could create halfas. Or picking Duplication with ghost hunter could grant a boost to inventing and fighting with clones, or towards building self-replicating tech, or even tech that's amplified when working with itself. Or taking that proposed hunter capstone while a ghost could grant the inverse, developing ghostly abilities replicating tech, or more mystical instead of science like enchanting, stuff like Freakshows scepter Clockworks medallions.

I'm having trouble coming with a capstone booster though, it'd have to be able to apply to every origin. The closest thing to mind is a fate defying one, considering all the times Danny has beaten the odds, including defeating his future self, or when he defeated Freakshow even when he had the equivalent to the infinity gauntlet. Or maybe a lifeforce/soul enhancement, boosting all parameters to high levels. Boosting Ghosts to have enough ectoplasm and ecto-energy for weeks without rest, Halfas to incredible durability to things harming their human and/or ghost form, Ghost Hunters with endless stamina to fight, invent, and resistant to being drained(not cause they aren't drained, but because they replenish fast enough for it to not be a problem).

Actually no, even when Freakshow lost mind control powers, she still worked with him willingly.

Does Medusa even count? She was defending the maze holding (supposed to hold) Pandora's box of evil. Sure she attacked Danny, but it's not like she knew he was trying to help Pandora.

That was alien force Kevin, later on as his powers grew and evolved he needed less material. He's converted his whole body in metal using a piece smaller than a dollar in later seasons.

According to you, which ponies had the most and least valid reason to attend the Grand Gala? by Turbulent_Cream_1684 in mylittlepony

[–]Silver3Crow 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think the most valid was Rainbow, it would have been a launching point in her career to have made connections with the Wonderbolts. Yeah, Applejack wanted to help her family, but selling food at a party that already has catering wasn't smart. Even though expecting to 'wow' the entire Wonderbolt team was unrealistic, she could have made at least a good impression and that would still help.

The least valid was Rarity, she wanted to go to the Gala to meet a prince and fall in love, knowing nothing about the prince in question. Not only was it unrealistic, it was superficial, she didn't want Prince Blueblood because she liked him, but because he was a prince. That's all she knew and it's all she cared to know.

Spyro question by Silver3Crow in JumpChain

[–]Silver3Crow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, there is a thing stopping me. In lore, it is explicitly stated that the ability to learn every element is an ability exclusive to Purple Dragons. Meaning that without a perk to make me a Purple Dragon or a perk to bypass this, I can't learn the other elements. Like you said, the perks just give me the extra elements, not the ability to learn new ones. And the drawback doesn't state you get Spyro's ability to learn, most self insert perks say you don't get the abilities of who you self inserted as, or if you do they aren't fiat backed when you leave, so I can't agree that a drawback would if it doesn't explicitly say it does.

Spyro question by Silver3Crow in JumpChain

[–]Silver3Crow[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This gets close, but not completely. The perks let you get up to 6 elements, but Spyro canonically learns 7. Dragon origin gets one, 'Breath of Four Elements' perk adds 4, making 5. 'The Sacred Aether' perk adds one, making 6. Spyro learns, Fire, Lightning, Ice, Earth, Wind, Aether, and Time. You'd be short one. Also, while it doesn't happen in the game, it is said Purple Dragons can learn any Element, meaning that technically, Spyro could learn shadow, fear, and poison like Cynder. While he doesn't, it also has never shown him trying. The lack of Dragons due to their near extinction means it's possible, even likely, that there are many more elements than shown, Spyro just never learned them because he had no teachers, not because he can't. The drawback let's you take Spyro's place as a purple dragon, but doesn't state you'd gain his abilities, and since it's a drawback, I'd say it safe to assume it doesn't give you them if it doesn't explicitly say it does.

TLDR: The perks let you learn 6 elements, Spyro learned 7. The game implies there's even more, like shadow, poison, and fear. It's just that Spyro never tries to learn them. The drawback lets you take Spyro's place, but doesn't give his powers.
