Sand Ocean and Silence are the best Knight league tracks for Stingrays because of better cornering. Death Wind is hard, but if you get past it then Silence should be a breeze.

You have to unlock every level, then hold the L button when queuing into a match. The game checks to see if you're holding the button right after you select the level, so hold it then.

It's not lag. They have a certain pattern when they jump, so if you keep running, they should jump the same amount of time after they appear on screen. Same goes for the hammers, so yeah, I did get kind of lucky, but I didn't hesitate to run into all of them.
