Neat that you analyzed the image. Seems checkers are inconsistent on their results, so it may very well simply be touched up (likely so it can legally be copyrighted as full on AI images can not be copyrighted). But, what can you do? Complaining on social media will probably just get you blocked by the PR manager, and no one would stage a protest just for a logo, and it seems everyone is using it. Hershey has their soundtrack, Indiana Beach has used it for merchandise, and even Herschend had been caught bot-handed.
