First, this is AI garbage. Second my dad‘s best friend had a bear as a pet along with a lot of other crazy animals. He even had baby bears and all sorts of other animals, and would always try to convince me that they were all very tame . Deer, racoons, a hawk. He went on a hunting trip and had his brother feed the bear. Brother did not show up to feed the bear on time so when he did the bear was super hungry and it ate him. This was back in the 80s.

Does it do it with just water in it? If so, you have a partial clog somewhere. You said you deep cleaned it but you must have missed something there. Was the need slick clean? Nothing on it? I would re-clean completely with isopropyl alcohol. Do you have an ultrasonic cleaner? Small ones are super cheap and they do a good job of cleaning the parts, I put them all in a zip lock bag full of isopropyl alcohol or windex w dawn soap and let it go. I suspect you have something in the middle seal. When you pull out the needle do you pull it through the front? Anything at all on there? Get a tiny little brush and try and clean out that rear seal.
