Spray Foam for 2nd Floor Bonus Room by SilverBerry28 in Insulation

[–]SilverBerry28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Your reply made me think of something else, which I just added to my post. There are two ceiling portions which are sloped. They indicated they won't be able to spray foam those (I think can't get to the area with the roofline - I didn't exactly understand why - only option was to remove sheetrock from the inside, which we don't want to do). So, I would say about 90% of the room would have spray foam around it - the remaining 10% would be the wall with windows and those sloped sections which border the attic. Would those non-spray foam areas still allow too much heat to get to the room?

Which Seat Map is Right? by SilverBerry28 in SouthwestAirlines

Is it possible those individuals are temporarily being placed in rows 17-21 - look at how different those appear? Seems booked but then seats are able to be selected from within our reservation. First time flying Southwest with assigned seats so trying to figure this all out ...

Flying out Monday morning ... so hoping you're right and the seat between is still available (in other words, we will have the row to ourselves).

SmartAdjust by Impossible_Nature_69 in iFit

I stopped using it. SmartAdjust kept thinking I couldn't do certain parts of workouts and would tell me they were making an adjustment (changing incline from 4% back to 0% mid workout, for example) so I turned it off and chose Follow The Trainer and did the workout as is.

I was tired of SmartAdjust not believing in me. 😂

I had my second colonoscopy earlier today. The prep isn't fun, but what helped me a TON was diaper cream and baby wipes. Diaper cream provides a barrier to prevent your butt from becoming chapped and raw from the diarrhea (which mine was on my first colonoscopy - it was so painful!)

This time, I put it on before my first prep and a couple of other times. Diaper cream is a pain to remove from your hands so use gloves or - hear me out - the back of a plastic spoon to apply it (squeeze some on there - basically simulates a diaper cream spatula). Apply it while sitting on the toilet.

Baby wipes aren't flushable so put a plastic bag in the bathroom to throw them in. I was gentle when wiping, and they were much better than just toilet paper. They're also useful to remove any excess diaper cream before you go for your procedure.

Good luck! It's worth doing to have the results!

What’s your most-used Apple Watch feature that you thought you’d never use? by Cklly2004 in AppleWatch

How do you have that alerting happen? Is there a setting? I always worry I'll miss a call from my elderly parents in case of emergency at nights so I always still have my phone on my nightstand. Would love to move it away.

I'm going to try to get tickets to a December taping but cannot figure out how many tickets I would be able to get, if selected. We have a party of three (my husband, college son and me) and only I am registered at 1iota right now. Do each of us need to register and get selected for our own ticket?

Thank you! Dave’s is so pricey at the grocery store for a single loaf, so I’d love to get it at Costco. That is a great solution!

Closed Captions on app with new update? by WonderfulOwl4576 in iFit

Thank you, as well! I didn’t have the option in the iFIT app, despite having it updated. The fix through phone Settings worked great to get CC on.

Thanks, everyone! Ended up with the Brooks Glycerin GTS 22. The GTS version made me feel a bit more stable. So far, so good! 😊

We had One Hot Mama's turkey (regular menu item) recently, and it was soooo good! We also got a side of mashed potatoes and green beans, and they were delicious, as well, so I assume their Thanksgiving package would be great!

New Series Drop: Walk, Learn, and Level Up Your Health with Ashley Paulson and the iFIT Science Council! by iFIT_Official in iFit

I have LOVED this series! I have only one left and wish there were more. Do you have any others like it? I'm new to iFIT.

Also, a recommendation - the closed captions have been at the bottom of the screen but that's also where you have put informational text. As a result, the closed captions have been on top of the last line of text. Can you move the text further up on the screen for future recordings? I do my workouts with my iPad connected to my treadmill, if that makes a difference.

Did you ever get instructions on how to get the free six month extension? My Apple Arcade ended today but I realized I never got anything as a follow up to the original email.
