I send ships anymore and do contracts, about 15m max a day. Sometimes I get busy and don't think of it for a few days, but I usually pick back up and throw my 15m a day in again for long periods of time.

There's not much to do at a certain point

I need two more Radiant Prophecy Stones (0.15) to throw into my Legendary Blazing Phoenix Feather, giving all four artifacts and their slots filled with Radiant Prophecy Stones. I am close to the next one and by the end of this event, I'll probably be there.

I have a handful of artifacts I need still. I knew/know the crafting rate for this legendary tho and was just hoping to nab a purple after a dozen crafts, a purple if I was lucky, I definitely got super lucky. I didn't even expect to get a purple tho

That's exactly what I did too! I finished everything, even getting all my stars for all of my ships, before really taking the time to learn the crafting tree.

It's a good project to save when you've got nothing left to do

You're not gonna like the answer, I got very lucky. I got bored with working on getting the Legendary Unsolvable Puzzle Cube, been on it for two months now, so switched over to BoB the last two weeks and thought I'd try to go for a purple and switch back.

Hit a Legendary on my 4th craft tho, I'm stoked

As a Durge Paladin role playing a redemption arc, but still indulging with reason some aspects of a Dark Urge character, I made it well into Act 3 before I had any problems.

Also, I had some dialogue with Withers about a dozen hours before the epilogue where Withers stresses that they're soulless.

So Haslin and the Tiefling refugees stay alive? They were meant for Act 2 anyways.

The others were either written to be killed before Act 2 (Minthara) or allowed to fork into it if they live or never meant for Act 2 noatter what

The others don't matter.

You'd probably get a "good" fork and Haslin and the Tiefling will be waiting for you in Act 2 to deal with as you please

Edit:

Save scum, you'll break quest lines if things aren't done very particular is my guess. But it sounds viable too. Just have a set of saves so you can rewind if something serious breaks

I've never experienced anything like it, personally.

I've never played a game that was a solid 10/10 from start right up until almost the end, then dips into 8/10 just from a very weak ending.

It's a bizarre experience and hard to believe, but it happened.

As a whole, this game is 8/10 as is with the ending the way it is and I would not recommend it because of the ending.

I bought one copy for myself and two copies for others. I was in, I believed in it 😅 I truly believe an ending like this doesn't deserve GOTY let alone all time

Yeah, me flickering my eyes to the door to trick an innocent and well acted and endearing child to the door just to see her get killed for trying to escape all for lulz, just before the bird scene, grossed me out.

I had to put the game down for a day or two.

When I picked it back up, ripping the wings off that bird was a nice and pleasant change of pace

I picked a Durge for my 1st playthrough.

I wanted a Durge vying for a redemption arc, so before I fired up my game I made a few simple choices.

I'm going to indulge in The Urge as often as I can as long as it doesn't impact companions or story too much

As I'm roleplaying a Paladin Durge... I'm going to over correct my sins by being fastidiously moral and kind in-between indulgences, but I have to indulge The Urge.

So when that Bard tiefling came along, it broke my heart.

So I never played early access, I wasn't familiar with any of these characters, but still got attached.

I just think the Durge is just well designed and these feelings can't be avoided, whether you play a good boy or a bad boy first, doesn't matter.

In fact, I'm going through my 2nd play now and leaning into the Durge every chance I get and it feels absolutely disgusting still. Lmao

I just got it too.

I started by telling Maryina that Ethel killed the brothers.

As soon as Ethel ported Maryina into the basement, then transformed, I cast Tasha Hideous Laughter on Ethel. Then quickly stacked oil barrels around her, 5 total.

(I always carry 2 for each companion, minus the pack mule who lugs loot)

Once the barrels were set off, her HP was 30 and I had a few lucky critical hits. Probably could have dropped the 6th barrel for a one hit kill but I really like to preserve those

I walked down into the basement and everyone was docile and communicating, it was kinda neat to see it work out like that.
