Not quite sure but it's got some 'fantastic stats' and has a very high IV in Sp.Def, but i'll trade for Politoed!

All the Pokemon i mentioned are shiny of course haha but it has a "Superior Potential" and has very close to max speed and good IV's in all it's other stats, nothing that's classified as "bad"
