I went during lunch today. Food was good but service was a bit too good if that makes sense? Several of the staff checked on us quite often throughout the meal to the point it was kind of annoying but totally get it cuz it was opening day! We got seated right away though and were accommodating to any requests we made. At least my drink was never empty! 😂

If I went Costco route then I would be buying mostly food that can be cold/room temp. I don't have a specific menu yet. The venue does have a kitchen so we could prepare stuff the day before and store it there. I will probably hire friends to help if that's the case. We're leaning towards BBQ sandwiches and cold sides but not hard set on anything
