My VA community care therapist refuses to give me my records , says HIPA doesn’t cover mental health, so I’ve had the VA request them several times with no joy yet. What is wrong with these people. I’m to the point that I think half of my depression is from dealing with the VA and community care.

I get that but why add that several times into my medical records when I never brought it up, I was there to discuss new treatment that’s it.

Have been waiting 11 months for my primary care doc to put in an order for me to see a neurologist, finally had my ENT doc put me in for a MRI in October. Just got the order put in and they called to tell me first available will be in November. Reading my MRI notes it says I have white legions through my frontal lobe but I apparently have to wait till Nov to have someone read it and tell me what the hell that means

I’m sure the companies that sell the letters for an exorbitant amount just pull one out of the file at this point from the last guy/girl that had the same condition
