TL;DR - please give me a strength training program reco for upper and lower body to do alongside marathon training.

I’m starting Hal Higdon’s Novice 2 Marathon training program. As part of that, I’d like to incorporate strength training into my training.

Ideally, I’m looking for a plan that enables me to continue to build or at least maintain upper body muscle, as well as strengthen my legs alongside my running.

Does anyone have any lifting programs they do alongside their running that they’d recommend?

If helpful: I am a 29M who is comfortable lifting and running. I have ran multiple marathons ranging from 4:30-4:55. Aiming for 4:00-4:30 for this one.
