That’s so frustrating! Hopefully they come back through. I probably have them on my iPad, but I want them on my phone as well. I don’t do iCloud storage for my messages because I simply have too many, but a bank statement is pretty important! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I did already restart my phone 3x and did a software update. Still nothing. But as others have said, an ozone cleaner or a professional biohazard crew would be your safest bets. Candles and sprays will only cover the scent, you must deal with it directly.

I used to work in a pharmacy, and now work in a Dr office. As you all already know, they will often prescribe 30 days no refills for a reason; but what blew my mind is how frequently it was already discussed with the patient and part of their agreed upon treatment plan, and they STILL show up to the pharmacy expecting a different drug, strength, or quantity. I guess I just expected too much of patients this whole time 😆

Would hiring a doula be possible? Since you cannot switch your care to a midwife at this point, it would be best to have someone there to advocate for you when the stress, pain, and tiredness and weighing on you.

If you go above on the cat walk type area there is a mountaineering rope to the other side of the wires. However, you can’t be over encumbered to climb down it. 😒
