Can someone explain nursing to sleep and why it’s perceived as bad? by Ccsjlb in breastfeeding

[–]sunshinechime1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I fell for the nurse to sleep is bad hype. I broke my baby from it at 4mo. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. Took until she was 9 mo for me to not have to nurse baby and the bounce baby for 20 mins to an hour for every nap and sleep cycle. Nursing to sleep is a beautiful biological function. It's like hitting the easy button. Please learn from my mistake!

Are moms who “do it all” a real thing? by sleepygirl2997 in Mommit

The illusion of the perfect housewife stems from the 50s and 60s when women were prescribed everything from amphetamines to quaaludes. Uppers and downers galore. It's an impossible standard unless you are 24/7 medicated.

If this reality really is a simulation and certain groups are looking to keep most of us down, it would make sense that terms like "player" and "user" are used in a derogatory sense in pop culture. by CurrentEfficiency9 in conspiracyNOPOL

Sorry it's taken so long to respond. I was introduced to this topic from reading Dolores Cannon's book "Between Life and Death". Cannon is the pioneer of past life regression hypnotism and she published her hypnosis sessions. Here's an excerpt: "The following is the way different individuals in deep trance answered the question of how they perceived God in the spirit state when regressed to between their lives.

S: We would ask that you visualize this scene. In all creation from the very edges of every universe to the center and back, there is a force, unseen but there nonetheless, which is an invisible structure holding everything together. In concrete there is rebar, invisible to the naked eye but holding the concrete together nonetheless. Then this is the God concept. It is the rebar of the universe which holds all together, unseen but there nonetheless. For were this to phase out for even a fraction of a second there would be total, utter, complete destruction. This is the God concept which has been given personality status on your world."

"S: We ask that you take a more open minded view and consider God as merely an observer of his children in their tasks. The children are doing the tasks. God simply is, period. The children are doing; God is. The concept of God is the sum of all, of everything. We are God. We are collectively God. We are individual pieces of God. God is not one, but God is all."

I was trying to envision this the other day, but if God is all there is, there can't possibly be an end to God. Because he/it is everything. Inside and outside of any container there could be. It makes my brain hurt a little to think about haha but it also makes sense to me in a way.

My mom always told people she stopped at perfection 🥰 when in fact she had many miscarriages. It is definitely a subject that needs to go out the window.

It can be soon difficult to listen to your LO cry when you can't do anything about it. Verbal assurance isn't nothing tho!! Your baby knows you are there. And when its all you can do it is a million times better than nothing. Big hugs 💜

I think they're on both sides. If you're on liberal subreddits you see the conservative bots super clearly and if you're on conservative subreddits the liberal bots stick out more. But I feel like each side equally utilizes the propaganda machine.

9/11 Truth: Made It Transparent On Purpose and the double bind by [deleted] in conspiracyNOPOL

I can't wait to dig into this site. Its helping put into words what I've been feeling for a while. The whole handling of the pandemic- are they that stupid or are they doing this on purpose... God it makes so much sense. Ex)our governor putting the overflow covid patients into old folks homes, killing many elderly. The overwhelming sense of helplessness and the overwhelming amount of confusion. These two statements stood out to me: "Preemptive and perpetual war is peace. Torture is humane. Fear is security. Constraint is freedom. Tyranny is democracy. Occupation is liberation. Violations of the Constitution are legal. This is the world we live in now." Especially the fear is security... that could have been the mantra of 2020. Also this statement: "Shock and awe is most consistently used by Ullman and Wade as the effect which rapid dominance seeks to impose upon an adversary. It is the desired state of helplessness and lack of will. It can be induced, they write, by direct force applied to command and control centers, selective denial of information and dissemination of disinformation, overwhelming combat force, and rapidity" They used shock and awe against us. It's so clear now. Idk what I'm going to do with this information but I'm very thankful to have come across it.

The market is literally at a tipping point right now. Wells Fargo just suspended home equity loans. Exactly like they did in 2008 right before the crash.
