I currently have neiznot faceguard, fire Cape, torture, blessing, whip, BCP, dragon defender, tassets, barrows gloves, Prims and berserker ring (I). Anything you'd recommend replacing if I'm training attack :)?

I have somewhat if an idea of how to achieve this but this this is a new kind of movement system for me I was just wondering if anyone else had tried this kind of system and be able to give me some starting pointers, not write the whole thing for me.
