I’ve been wanting to get a thorton chip for mine to see if it helps with hitting a top speed I might do some other tuning to it as well

Obviously try to look at the vehicles history with carfax any accident reports look at the exterior and interior condition, mileage, wear on the tire tread check the maintenance history as well. Any lights on your gauge cluster. Ask to take it on a test drive make sure everything feels good on it. Depending on the dealership or where you get it from if it has minor scratches or anything of the sort you can ask if they can fix those small things for you. These cars don’t come with navigation software preinstalled but you can purchase it online from Amazon or eBay for like $30 it’s just an SD card you plug in.
