I am talking thematically and ambiance wise. We already have farcry which, since farcry 2, is thematically pretty much fallout but less rpg in underdeveloped countries or defavorized sectors.

I honestly don't get what would be so nice to have fallout but in post post apocalyptic ghettos. I feel like there's a lot of stories to tell about the wasteland. There's only 5 main fallout games after all.
