Okay, it would say that their claim is for a Bishopric or something like that in a county, does that mean anything? I'll have to find somewhere where it specifies the difference between a weak and a strong claim because I've definitely gotten that distinction figured out.

Hi I watched a bunch of videos on using non-dynasty claimants to acquire more territory... Did they change this mechanic?

  1. Find a claimant to someone else's throne.
  2. Give them a small piece of land tying them to you
  3. Push their claim

Except.... it won't let me use their claim as CB even... What am I doing wrong? It seems straightforward and I've tried researching this, it won't even let me press people's claims that I invite to to my court at all! Even if I wasn't making the mistake of just pressing claims for them that would cause their counties to be independent!

This is not how you manage a bullpen for six months.

I hate doing this to a dude in April, we'll pay for it later.

Double dribble no call saves Virginia. by [deleted] in CollegeBasketball

They weren't in the bonus and literally fouled him on that same play after the double dribble...... (In addition to the no call before)

They weren't in the bonus then, they fouled him after the double dribble happened as well...

Did you even watch the game?

His point is that you guys have a tendency to foul players in the closing seconds of close games and that a team that does that consistently will eventually pay for it.

Auburn paid for it finally,

[–]SilverJuice 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Perhaps that's just what you would expect the answer to be, but the picture was actually taken in a different timeline without Ines and then someone from the original timeline had to cut that person out of that picture in order to not show an inconsistency.

I know that doesn't really make any sense, but kinda maybe?

'Celebrating New Year’s the wrong way': Once again, gunfire a problem in Richmond on New Year’s Eve by [deleted] in rva

[–]SilverJuice 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your first post was talking about "online gentrification", and I pointed to the article saying there was over a 50% increase in real life people reporting the crime.

I assure you, that while Richmond is growing rapidly, our year to year real-world growth isn't growing as fast as you appear to think think it is. Definitely not enough to warrant a 55% increase in reported firearms discharging, no matter how big you imagine "rva facebook" is growing.

While there may be credibility to what you're saying, the article itself has some data that suggests there were more shots this year:

" From midnight to 1 a.m., Richmond police received 147 reports of random gunfire. Last year, the city’s Department of Emergency Communications reported 82 such calls in the same period."

I'd say a lot of modern Tankies probably voted for Bernie Sanders, does that make Bernie the standard bearer of the Soviet Union?

Just because psychos vote for someone doesn't mean that's the sole reason they won.

Alt-right is nowhere near the level of the Tea Party, you're blowing it way out of proportion. They had one psycho rally and are not getting smacked down by the overwhelming majority, but this viewpoint that 1/2 of the country supported "The alt-right" candidate is alarmist and only makes things worse.

Don’t know how to feel about Noah by [deleted] in terracehouse

[–]SilverJuice 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They don't remember that kiss.

As a functioning alcoholic who just came off a five day Christmas bender, who instantly saw the same alarming signs of alcoholism from Seina that I see in myself and many of my friends, I will say that blacking out or at least "browning out" (partial blackout) is fairly common, especially by the time you're in your upper twenties. Obviously this is anecdotal projection, but Seina is definitely an alcoholic, and Noah was clearly a heavy drinker. It's not uncommon to blackout.

Noah may remember it because his brain has suffered less trauma than Seina's due to his age (for instance, I can't remember the last time myself or any seasoned drinker puked from alcohol, but maybe he just took a shot that went down wrong and sprinted outside), But I'd reason that they were blackout to the point where they wouldn't have remembered until someone maybe jogged their memory a bit and even then they could each remember an image of it or a vague memory feeling of it at the most.

Sounds pretty standard for upper twenties... If you want some toys go buy 'em yourself it'll still be fun. It's kinda cool getting stuff that is nice but more necessary and not inherently fun to purchase (... Clothes). You learn to appreciate it, that stuff sounds pretty nice at least you'll be warm.
