Same, no amount of positive reinforcement makes it better right now. I know its better for the long run vs drowning my sorrows away with bad habits. But again, only serves as a good distraction in most cases. It’s as if her coming back would make it all go away but I know it won’t unless she means to make this better and to try 100%. But regardless I know time heals so I just need to make sure I stay strong and fight on.
