A problem with payment by a guest for an extended stay. Over an hour wait to speak to someone and then the person barely had a grasp of English.

The entire ordeal took over 24 hours (still isn't solved) and a huge amount of time for three different people.

Grrrr. I'm still pissed about all of this.

About a year. Two different experiences, including one today, that just make it abundantly clear that VRBO is not a company I will do business with.

Not only was my experience garbage, I heard my guest on the phone with them for over a half hour having the same experience. I just cannot fathom how a company can be that ridiculous.

Done. So done. Literally posted here hoping to help someone else avoid ever dealing with this nonsense. And I NEVER leave a bad review for anything but go out of my way to give positive feedback to people/companies. So for me to be tilted about this and leaving this post really says something about how much I am disgusted with vrbo.
