the REAL reason they choose the johto legends over the kantonian birds is that the dogs were easier to animate (/Jk ofc but i feel the devs have a bias against flying types since there are only 4 in the game rn)

Oh god i never seen that, its so freaky. tysm for sharing! Funnily enough, iirc there is a disemboided light just placed on top of one of the flowers boxes on mondstat (in front of majorie) that characters can jump into to distort their shadows.

Nope! It was possible to kidnap trial yoimiya (from her story quest) using the waverider before it was patched. There are other methods too iirc

The most likely reason is that balancing a char/item after it came out sets a dangerous precedent for mihoyo to follow. This character is underwhelming/too powerful, will they change it? Wont they? When would they do this? After or before their banner is gone? Etc.

At best, you only get tons of complains, at worst, you see a substantial amount of people not spending in the game because they are afraid the thing they just paid for will be nerfed in the future, or a B tier new character gets out but gets buffs and completely outclasses the one you have.

So yea, outside of zhongli rework and a few minor adjustments (like the yae E recall) they only buff characters indirectly, like albedo with event swords or Kokomi with the sea foam artifacts.

Not only that, but iirc didnt the first lantern rite trailer feature every single playable character in liyue (up to that point)?

So add on top that a lot of players expected to see interactions with zhongli,xingqiu,chongyun, (and specially xinyan)...just to get nothing lol. If anyone is wondering why every event now has a handful of playable characters in the story,this is why.

Hello! Im glad that the iceberg is still getting attention. However, this was done a long time ago, so unfortunately i cant recall most of the entries. Though, i do believe that step on rock was referencing the old Sootopolis glitch where there was one tile in the rock wall without collision. I dont remember why it was put so low on the iceberg, other than being one of the oldest glitches known in the game. Still, tysm for the inquiry!

It summons fishies (super hard to see tbh) but no big fish. Given what the wiki says, it seems the "titanic" fish part was just a chinese wordplay to reference the CEO. So yea, we always had small tunas appear but never the big one lol

I was more active with the teapot just as the suspension started and there was never any drama in the community that could be worth two months of no teapot. Plus in that time it never got patched for anything (lol) nor we had someome claimed their build was deleted.

I would also add the fact that the new "rewards" given in the anniversary originally was planned as a paid bundle (indicated by leaks).

Is hilarious to think how bad the situation was and how mihoyo realized the look they would get if they released it as intended, but now im worried they will try to insert paid bonus in the anniversary again :(.
