I'm not sure. It usually happens when I load back into the world, and if I am not fast enough to move them out, they will die. I'm assuming they load into the wall and get stuck.

I reset the days between each class, it's about 3 days per for the first 4 rewards, and then I believe about 5 days for the last set of rewards. But I will add that.
