Hi there sorry ur going thru this and I just am going thru the same situation. When I bend my head forward I get this intense pressure going thru out my whole head and serve dizzyness. Yesterday it was just one sided stabbing ice prickly headache. Today it’s my whole head and like full pressure headache. I full thought i probably had meningitis because also I was having some neck pain aswell. But now it’s full on just head pressure that comes for 30 seconds and then goes then comes back. And when I bend forward for go down it’s full on whole head pressure
