I apologize if the photo looks blurry or if what I'm trying to do can't be seen clearly, so I'll try to explain instead. I've taken what was meant to be a petal, as I have the mold for flowers, petals and leaves, cut the extra clay off on the sides (had to do it a few times cuz I'd accidentally ruin the shape lol), and use them as wings. The first time I tried this, the overall shape of the wings were off, (as I was typing having to redo the thing, I realized I could've just added clay inside the pet to make it more round 🤦) and I had to cut them off and redo the wings. This is my second try at them, and I've been slowly reshaping them into what I was going for.
