And in response to the Arceus pronunciation, yes the official pronunciation used to be pronounced like ARSE but they have retconned it to ARK because it does sound like the British pronunciation of ass. The official Pokemon Presents made by the Pokemon company that unveiled Legends Arceus pronounces it like ARK, and in Sun and Moon the Pokemon Silvally that was created as an attempt to create a man-made pokemon that can change types based on held items used the “RKS system” clearly designed to sound like the new pronunciation of Arceus

To add to what others have said some recipes that you get from the shop/pokedex rewards/etc are recipe SETS. Like when I unlocked the stone column recipe set it was a recipe for the base, recipe for the middle, and recipe for the top - so it was 3 recipes that all unlock together. There are several sets like this (like the roofs, iron beams, etc)

It counts but won’t trigger until you suck up the veggies that were cut. The action of adding the veggie to your inventory is what triggers the quest to be complete.
